A babysitter accused of kidnapping a two-year-old girl in Hamilton will appear in court in Salem.
Prosecutors are trying to determine whether 21-year-old Abigail Hanna is competent to stand trial.
Police say she took the toddler from her home and left her naked on the side of the road last November.
