FALL RIVER, MASS. (WHDH) - Storms overnight and Tuesday morning caused flash flooding in Fall River.
Several roads in the city became covered in water, becoming impassable and leaving cars stranded.
Reportes indicated some parts of the South Coast received up to three to four inches or rain in a matter of hours.
