A judge tossed a lawsuit filed by Patriots fans over the "deflategate" scandal.

A group of fans filed the lawsuit in an attempt to win back draft picks for the team. The Patriots’ deflategate punishment included their first and fourth-round draft picks getting taken away.

The lawsuit targeted NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, the NFL and Patriots Owner Robert Kraft. A judge said the team did not even challenge the penalties and the lawsuit was not in the public interest.
