EVERETT, MASS. (WHDH) - A local Uber driver appeared in court on Monday facing charges on open and gross lewdness after police found him in his car not wearing pants.
Paul Griffen, 28 of Malden, is being held without bail following his arraignment Monday.
Griffen did not show his face in court.
He is facing multiple charges, including open and gross lewdness.
When police arrived, he drove off. He was later caught after trying to run away.
Griffen is always wanted in connection with a similar case in Malden.
Prosecutors said he admitted to police he has a problem.
He is being held without bail in connection with another case out of a Boston court.
If he is released on that case, he will be held on $10,000 bail.
The investigation is ongoing.
