YARMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - A Provincetown man was arrested for allegedly attacking a firefighter and crashing into a Yarmouth police cruiser.

Police said Rodney Armour, 72, was found slumped over his steering wheel. When a firefighter tried to help, Armour allegedly drove off, nearly striking the firefighter. He then allegedly crashed into a police cruiser on Route 6A.

Armour was arrested and police said they learned he already has three active warrants out and had his license revoked. He is now facing more than a dozen additional charges, including OUI, assault and batter with a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
