BARNSTABLE, MASS. (WHDH) - A Plymouth man was arrested for allegedly taking down police memorial flags from an overpass in Barnstable.

David Hickman, 60, was charged with three counts of larceny, damage to personal property and damage to a memorial. He was arraigned in court on Monday.

The flags allegedly removed by Hickman were part of a Sept. 11 memorial on an overpass on Route 6 in Barnstable.
