BOSTON (WHDH) - Police are searching for suspects after one person was killed in a shooting late Saturday night in Mattapan.
Shots rang out on Astoria Street around 11:30 p.m. A man in his thirties was pronounced dead at the scene of that shooting and Boston EMS said that victim was taken to the Medical Examiner’s office.
Another victim was found nearby suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds, and was taken to Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Another shooting happened about an hour later in Dorchester at Greenwood and Ellington streets.
Two people were shot at that scene according to Boston EMS. The conditions of those victims were not known.
Boston Police are investigating both shootings.
