Nashua man arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from children on Facebook

New Hampshire police have arrested a man for allegedly soliciting sex from children on Facebook. 

On Wednesday, police arrested Ernest Hardy, 32 of Nashua, on an arrest warrant for one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a class B felony.

On Feb. 3, the Nashua Police Department received a report of a 12-year-old girl being solicited for sex via Facebook. 

On Feb. 9, police received a second report of Hardy soliciting a different 12-year-old girl. 

Hardy was charged with three counts of certain use of computer services prohibited, and an additional count of endangering the welfare of a child.
