A New Hampshire family made the trip down to Boston Monday for their 25th home opener at Fenway Park.

Obie Barker, from Concord, said he has been taking his two sons to the Red Sox home opener for 25 years.

"We all love baseball, so we decided to come to opening day," said Barker. "And we’ve just made it a tradition since then." Barker said the home opener at Fenway has become more exciting to their family than Christmas.

A few years ago, a third generation was added as one grandson joined them. This year, a second grandson made his first trip. The family even had shirts printed this year to celebrate their 25th anniversary at Red Sox games.
