BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - Police are investigating a hit and run in Brockton.
According to officials, a pedestrian was hit by a car Thursday morning, and the driver reportedly took off.
Emergency crews responded to the scene near Plymouth and Crescent Streets.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
Officials said the car that hit the victim was not on scene when crews arrived.
