At a state dinner in Buenos Aires, President Obama danced the tango with an Argentine partner who had just performed at the dinner.

The President and First Lady Michelle Obama were the guests of Argentine President Mauricio Macri and his wife, Juliana, at a cultural center in the capital city.

The White House said there were 390 guests at the dinner.

The two presidents toasted each other before the dinner and were treated to after-dinner entertainment: a couple dancing the Argentine tango.

After the performance the dancers approached the President and First Lady and both got up to dance.

Mr. and Mrs. Obama did a few twirls on the floor with their professional partners for about half a minute before sitting back down.
