High School students in Rhode Island were pepper sprayed while protesting a video that shows an officer tackling a teen to the ground.
Students in Pawtucket say that the officer used unnecessary force.
The teens protested the next day at City Hall but officials say things turned violent when they started threatening officers, and spitting at them.
Ten students were arrested and even more than that were pepper sprayed.
