LINCOLN, R.I. (AP) — A personal trainer from Rhode Island has been charged with sexually assaulting four female clients and employees at the gym he owns, state police say.
Aaron Day, 26, who owns All Day Physique in Lincoln, was arraigned Thursday on 13 counts of second-degree sexual assault. He did not enter a plea and bail was set at $100,000. He was also ordered to have no contact with the women.
“Mr. Day denies all of the allegations levied against him,” his attorney, Patrick Dowling Jr. told WJAR-TV. “We have great confidence that the judicial process will allow the truth to surface and his innocence vindicated.”
State police started investigating last month after receiving complaints from former and current clients and a gym employee. Some of the allegations date to 2018.
