Nevada’s Republican governor says he’s not interested in being considered for the Supreme Court vacancy.  

Gov. Brian Sandoval’s name emerged in recent days as a possible pick, but Sandoval says while the notion of being considered is "beyond humbling," he does not wish to be considered "at this time."

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says it will be up to whoever succeeds President Barack Obama to appoint a replacement for the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
