DANVERS, MASS. (WHDH) - A judge ruled a teen accused of randomly killing a woman in Danvers is currently not competent to stand trial.
Anthony DeMayo, 18, is accused of killing Janet Swallow, 68, after breaking into her home and stabbing her multiple times on Thursday, March 12.
Investigators say Swallow had no connection to DeMayo.
