Uber drivers not expected to get much money in class-action lawsuit

Uber reached an agreement with drivers in Massachusetts and California last week, and now they’re saying each driver likely won’t get much money.

The recent class-action lawsuit could pay out up to $100 million, but payments are made based on how many miles the person has driven, and if the driver signed an arbitration clause.

Court documents show most driers will receive up to $25 a piece.
