ALFRED, Maine (AP) — A Maine woman convicted of running a prostitution business out of a Zumba fitness studio in Kennebunk is headed back to court to determine whether she'll be testifying at the trial of an accused client.

Alexis Wright, who's serving a 10-month jail sentence, is fighting a subpoena compelling her to testify during the trial of Donald Hill, former Kennebunk High School hockey coach.

In March, Wright avoided trial by pleading guilty to charges of promoting prostitution and engaging in prostitution, as well as several welfare- and tax-related charges. The 53-year-old Hill is the first alleged client to go to trial.

So far, 68 people have been charged with paying Wright for sex. At least 58 others have pleaded guilty or no contest.
