FOXBORO, MASS. (WHDH) - The massive Tom Brady banner at Gillette Stadium was taken down on Sunday.

Crews removed the banner just as the season opener started in Arizona.

Patriots’ President, Jonathon Kraft, said during an interview Sunday, the plan was to take the banners down before the regular season started.

The banner was put up at the end of pre-season when Brady’s suspension officially started.

Kraft said the banner was meant to symbolize the fact Brady is love and on everyone’s mind.
