The parents of a Boston University freshman who died from excessive drinking at a fraternity pledge party have filed a wrongful death suit against the fraternity.
Anthony Barksdale died in 2013.
The lawsuit claims members of the fraternity forced him to drink an entire bottle of vodka.
An autopsy showed his blood-alcohol level was four times the legal limit at the time of his death.
