People get the least sleep midweek

UNDATED (WHDH) — Mondays can be hard for most of us!

But according to new research, you may feel your crabbiest on a Wednesday or Thursday.

That’s because new data suggests Wednesdays and Thursdays are the nights that people sleep the least.

The average amount of sleep on those nights is just a little over 6 hours.

Eight hours of sleep per night is recommended for most adults.
