Police on the North Shore looking for a man who they say was dressed to steal.
Investigators in Salem think the same man robbed a bank twice within the last month.
The first time they say he was dressed as a woman, the second time he was wearing a Patriots sweatshirt.
Each time he passed a note to the teller and got away with cash.
Police say he did not have a gun.
