Biography
Kelly Costa joined 7NEWS as a weekend meteorologist in March 2024. She is a native of western Massachusetts, but has lived all across the country including Texas, New Hampshire, Florida, Ohio, Connecticut and even across the pond in England.
Kelly has forecast weather for the entire country on a national weather channel. From atmospheric river events, to lake-effect snow and violent tornado outbreaks, Kelly has extensive severe weather experience. Earlier in her career, Kelly was a weekday morning meteorologist in Springfield. She’s excited to be back in her home state and is ready for the challenge that is New England weather forecasting.
