MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) - Two people were arrested on drug charges Thursday after investigators seized over $26,000 worth of drugs in Manchester.

According to Manchester police, the arrests culminated a two month long drug investigation.

Detectives found 33-year-old Victoria Dubbe of Manchester outside of an apartment building on Elm Street shortly after 1:00 p.m. Police were preparing to conduct a search warrant in one of the apartments.

Detectives placed Dubbe into custody for two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and two counts of sale of a controlled drug.

After executing the search warrant, detectives arrested 41-year-old Dshawn Collins of Springfield. Collins was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Both suspects appeared in the 9th Circuit Court in Manchester on Friday.

Investigators seized approximately 163 grams of crack cocaine valued at $16,200, 42 grams of cocaine valued at $4,200, and 65 grams of heroin valued at $6,500.
