PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (WHDH) - Authorities in Portsmouth, New Hampshire have closed off a neighborhood due to what they’re calling “an ongoing police incident.”
A section of Kearsarge Way between Market Street and the railroad overpass is closed to traffic.
Residents are allowed to leave the neighborhood by taking an emergency access road off Porpoise Way.
