Busy Day Busy People…used to enjoy reading that book to my little lady years ago….and this week always has that book title pop into my head. So much to do before the Holidays get under way (maybe they already have for you) and thankfully no storms. Whether you’re bouncing out of town to Grandma’s house or across town to get some cheese & crackers, sunshine is out in full force. In fact, the next two days offer quite a bit of sunshine but despite the sunshine our temps will be chilly. Morning temps starting in the 20s and then finishing in the low to mid 40s. Similar conditions tomorrow with afternoon highs in the upper 40s (normal high in 49).

By Thanksgiving Day we see warmer temps–starting in the mid 30s during the morning and reaching the mid 50s by  afternoon! the trade-off for this milder air will be cloud cover, not from a storm but rather just a southerly flow pushing some moisture from the ocean up into New England. Despite these clouds, dry weather for the Turkey Trot 5K races, HS football games or simply walking off all those carbs!

Black Friday is interesting in the fact that last year on Black Friday I went cross-country skiing in the Berkshires…it appears I will have the opportunity to play golf instead! Much warmer this year with temps up near 60 for the day with a mix of clouds & sun. The warm weather is short-lived this time (compared to the early part of the month) as a cold front sweeps into southern New England early Saturday preventing any warmth for lasting. Temps start the day in the mid 40s then fall into the low 30s by nightfall. A few showers possible early in the day Saturday, otherwise dry for the weekend.

Enjoy your Holiday!
