Four people were injured after a car crashed into a house in Peabody Thursday morning.
A two-car crash happened at 23 Clement Avenue, sending one car into the home.
Valerie Marshall, a crossing guard, witnessed the crash and said the driver of the red car was speeding.
"As soon as I saw him speeding, I knew that was going to happen," Marshall said. "It was a big impact, horrible noise."
Both cars were heavily damaged.
Emergency responders said a mother and her baby were inside a black sedan and a dad and his son were inside the red car.
All four were taken to the hospital.
People inside the home were unhurt, but shaken. The crash damaged the family’s dining room and foundation.
Neighbors said it is not the first crash to happen at that particular intersection. They said speeding is a problem and hope police will do something about it.
There is no word on the conditions of any of the victims.
The crash is now under investigation.
