ANDOVER, MASS. (WHDH) - Democrat Dan Koh won the primary to replace Seth Moulton in Congress.
The former Biden White House aide received 41% of the vote in a crowded field.
Koh will now go on to face off against Republican Micah Jones for Massachusetts House District 6 in the general election in November.
