ACTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A Massachusetts State Trooper was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries Wednesday night after being shot at a police horse barn in Acton.
Officials said it preliminarily appears that the trooper accidentally discharged his service weapon, shooting himself.
