WORCESTER, MASS. (WHDH) - Police are investigating after two people were found stabbed in Worcester early Friday morning.

Offiers responded to 292 Constitution Ave. after 1:30 a.m. following reports of a stabbing. Police found two victims – a 33-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman.

The man had several stab wounds to the chest and legs. The woman had a single stab wound in her leg.

Police investigation found that the victims were in an apartment with a suspect as well as several witnesses. During an argument, the suspect stabbed the woman in the leg, then attacked the male victim, stabbing him several times.

The suspect then reportedly fled the scene toward Boylston Street.

Police say they are still searching for the suspect.

The victims were transported to the hospital with what are expected to be non-life-threatening injuries.
