Wow….it actually felt like a winter day today…..cold temps and a cold wind. Go figure. We haven’t had much cold this winter as it is running at #2 for warmest meteorological winters (Boston) and we still have some warm days ahead of us before it ends on Monday! Before we Warm it up, Jer, a cold night awaits.

Temps tonight will find their way into the teens by early Saturday morning and that cold start means afternoon temps probably only briefly flirt with 40, in spite of an ever strengthening sun. All in all, a decent winter day for skiing–our backyards & playgrounds are snow-free but the ski areas would LOVE to see you. ;o)

If your mind-set has shifted to spring then Sunday is your day with much warmer air spilling in from the center of the nation. This warmer air makes its presence known early in the day with morning temps in the low 30s and by afternoon they are off to the races reaching the low to mid 50s! The only knock would be a breeze throughout the day but unlike today, it’s a warm breeze.

Looking into early next week, more of the same..#Warmth. Temps Monday-Wednesday of next week are way above normal with temps in the 50s for afternoon highs. Our next storm is slated for next Wednesday but it will be rain, nothing wintry.

Enjoy your weekend!
