The New England Patriots signed veteran linebacker Ramon Humber and released linebacker Dane Fletcher.
Humber, 28, has been in the NFL for seven seasons. He spent one season with the Indianapolis Colts before signing with the New Orleans Saints, who released him last month. The terms of his contract were not disclosed.
The Patriots re-signed 29-year-old Fletcher last year and he spent the past season on the reserve list.
