TUCSON, Ariz. (NBC) — One person is dead after a car crashed and ended up on the roof of a house in Arizona.
Tucson Police say the car was traveling at “an extremely high rate of speed,” when it veered of the road and hit a power pole.
They said the car went down a wash then launched onto the roof of a house and landed upside.
The driver of the car was killed.
The lone resident inside the house at the time was not hurt.
Police are investigating whether or not impairment played a factor in the crash.
