Emergency crews responded to a three car crash involving a pedestrian in Hyannis.
Officials said two cars hit on Cedar Street.
One car rolled over and slid off the road into a man on the sidewalk.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Four passengers were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
