Man accused of setting off fireworks at beach in Hampton, N.H.

HAMPTON, NH (WHDH) - An East Boston man was arrested Sunday night in Hampton, New Hampshire after police said he was setting off fireworks on the beach.

Police said Henry Yanes was setting off fireworks at the beach then tried to run away when officers told him to stop.

Yanes, 22, was charged with reckless and disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and display of fireworks. He is due back in court in August.
