While the burgers are cooking, spread butter onto each side of the multigrain roll and place on the griddle to toast the bun. Place the bottom of the bun on the plate and add the lettuce, tomato, onion and turkey burger patty. Top with the bun and a wooden skewer to hold burger in place and enjoy!
