(WHDH) — YouTube is cleaning up programming for kids.
The video sharing site is toughening up its guidelines on what it considers acceptable content.
YouTube says in the past week, it booted 50 channels and removed thousands of videos.
The company added that it changed policies to remove ads from inappropriate videos targeting families and block inappropriate comments on videos featuring.
