Emergency responders put out Watertown blaze

WATERTOWN, Mass. (WHDH) — Firefighters in Watertown responded to a house fire on Galen Street Thursday evening.

They continued to work into the night to put out hot spots.

The fire chief says it appears that the flames started on a bottom floor, and quickly spread upstairs.

Everyone who lived in the building was able to get out safely, although two people were displaced.

Officials are looking in to the cause of the fire.
