The Florida Supreme Court will not review the murder conviction of a former FBI agent in a decades-old case linked to imprisoned New England mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger.

The court declined yesterday to hear appeals of ex-agent John Connolly.

He was convicted of second-degree murder in 2008 in the 1982 slaying of World Jai-Alai President John Callahan.
