BOSTON (WHDH) - Governor Charlie Baker is mourning the loss of his mother.
Betty Baker died at the age of 84 Saturday afternoon. She suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease in her final years.
Governor Baker shared a heartfelt message on Facebook:

Mayor Marty Walsh issued the following statement:
My deepest condolences to governor baker on the loss of his mother. My thoughts and prayers are with the baker family.
There is no word on when funeral services will be held.
