BOSTON (WHDH) - Saturday marked the third annual block party honoring Odin Lloyd.
The event took place Saturday afternoon in Boston’s Grove Hall neighborhood.
It featured music, food and a bouncy house for the kids.
The block party also raised funds for the Odin Lloyd Scholarship.
Odin Lloyd was murdered in 2013.
Former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez was convicted of the murder last year.
Lloyd was a semi-professional football player, and was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancé.
Hernandez is serving life in prison without parole for Lloyd’s murder. He is also on trial for the murder of two men in the South End in 2012.
