Police arrested a man on Wednesday after allegedly attacking an officer who was arresting his sister.
Casey Walker, 21, and Christopher Walker, 23 both of Hampton, New Hampshire, are both facing charges in connection with the incident.
On Sunday, police say they found a large fight outside of Stacey Jane’s Restaurant on Ocean Boulevard at around 1 a.m. The fight involved 12 people.
Police say they had remove Casey Walker from the fight in order to arrest her. But as officers were removing Casey Walker, Christopher Walker allegedly assaulted the officer and tried to flee the area, according to police.
Police tased Christopher Walker and arrested him.
Casey Walker is facing charges of disorderly conduct, according to police. Christopher Walker is charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration, simple assault on a police officer and resisting arrest, police said.
Both suspects were released on bail and are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16.
Police are investigating the incident.
