A Lawrence man was taken into custody Sunday morning after he drove the wrong way on Interstate 93 in Windham, according to New Hampshire State Police.
According to police, 22-year-old Andy Marzara was driving southbound into Salem around 6:00 a.m.
Police were able to successfully stop Marzara north of Exit 2.
Marzara’s two passengers, 28-year-old Abel Rodriguez of Lawrence and 22-year-old Luis Leonard of Lawrence were taken into protective custody.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to contact Trooper A.J. Marciano at the New Hampshire State Police – Troop B Barracks at 603-223-4381.
