A Stoneham mother whose two sons lost limbs after the Boston Marathon bombing left court after a day of graphic and gruesome testimony.

“I didn’t see him face-to-face. I sat in the overflow room,” said Liz Norden. “It was sad to see that my kids, they all talk about similar circumstances that happened to one another,” she said.

Others in court Wednesday included Heather Abbott, who will testify in the trial, and Karen McWatters, a friend of Krystle Campbell, who was killed in the bombing.
