CHELSEA, MASS. (WHDH) - Chelsea police arrested a man outside the FBI Boston headquarters.
The man is accused of making threats to law enforcement.
Investigators said when they wouldn’t let the man into the building, he threatened to harm officers.
The man was sent for a mental evaluation.
