RAPHO, Pa. (AP) — A dispute aboard a bus traveling on the Pennsylvania Turnpike ended with three people stabbed and a man facing attempted homicide charges.

The stabbings occurred around 11 p.m. Monday near the Lancaster Lebanon interchange in the eastbound lanes of the turnpike in Rapho. But details about what sparked the dispute were not disclosed.

State police say 31-year-old Philip Giletto, who has no known address, stabbed a 28-year-old Brooklyn, New York man in the back, shoulder and chest. Giletto then allegedly stabbed a 45-year-old Las Vegas man in the head, neck, and back, while a 36-year-old Quincy, Massachusetts woman was stabbed in the back,

The men were seriously injured and remain hospitalized. The woman was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

It’s not known if Giletto has retained an attorney.
