An accident occurred on Route 495 in Raynham early Friday morning.
An RV had been driving south and crossed the median, causing it to end up on the northbound side near exit 9.
According to reports, one person was taken to the hospital after possibly being thrown from the RV.
One lane of 495 was closed for a short time while crews cleared the scene.
