ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS (WHDH) – A burglary in Illinois was caught on camera.
Two thieves used a stolen car to smash into a Subway restaurant earlier this month.
Video shows the suspects walking into the building to steal several items, including an unknown amount of cash.
One employee, Maggie Seames, working next door is shocked to learn how quickly the thieves were able to get in and out.
“Intimidating you know because I feel like it was definitely planned,” said Seames. “You see the video, how quick it is. They knew exactly what they were doing. It’s just unfortunate like that they didn’t care about the store.”
The stolen pickup was later found in a nearby park.
