HOPKINTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A 19-year-old is facing criminal charges after getting into a rollover crash in Hopkinton on Saturday night while more than three times over the legal limit, police said.
Officers responding to a reported crash determined the driver of the rolled-over vehicle had a BAC of .270, which is more than triple the legal limit.
The driver of the disabled vehicle was a 30-year-old who was also determined to have been driving under the influence.
Both were placed under arrest.
