Police in Thailand said they received a warning from Russia that ten Syrians linked to ISIS could stage attacks in the country.
The National Police Deputy spokesman said the information was an unconfirmed, leaked police memo.
In August, a bomb detonated in Bangkok and killed 20 people, but that was apparently not related to ISIS.
